Description

We are a small indie game development studio, from Passo Fundo - Brazil and we make games for fun. Our team is composed by Daniel Merkel as technical artist and game designer, and Lucas as programmer a two-man studio that includes several collaborators from around the world.

History

Early history

Merkel took his first steps into game development at Aquiris Game Studio. After a journey of six years growing and gaining experience with the Aquiris's team, he decided it was time to face a new challege. Merkel also attended Post-graduation in Digital Games Development course at PUC/RS. So, together with your friend Lucas, he founded SouthBox Game Studio. Lucas attended Post-graduation in Digital Games Development course at PUC/RS. Worked as a 3D simulator programmer for three years.
